A system that is delivered to site is not a system that works. IBS provides installation, testing and commissioning as a dedicated service across Saudi Arabia — whether we supplied the equipment or not — so that plant is proven, balanced, documented and safely handed over.

Installation

  • Site survey and setting-out against approved shop drawings.
  • Installation to manufacturer recommendation and project specification.
  • Pipework, hangers and supports, insulation and sealing to specification.
  • Electrical connection, panel termination and control wiring.

Testing & Commissioning

  • Pressure and leak testing of pipework and pressure vessels.
  • Performance testing of pumps, heaters, panels and controls against design duty.
  • System balancing so flow and temperature are correct at every outlet and every floor.
  • Safety and protection verification — dry-run protection, thermal cut-outs, alarms and interlocks.
  • Witnessed commissioning with the consultant and client representative.

Handover Package

  • Test and commissioning records signed and issued.
  • As-built documentation, equipment schedules and warranty certificates.
  • Operator training for the facility team so the building is run correctly from day one.
  • Clear escalation route into our maintenance service.
