IBS – Integrated Building Solutions executes complete electromechanical (MEP) packages for contractors, consultants and project owners across Saudi Arabia. We take the mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope from approved drawings through procurement, site installation, testing and commissioning, and hand it over documented and warranted.

Because we manufacture and stock our own brands — Eau Chauffage water heating, Niagara pumping and Q Tape insulation and sealing — long-lead equipment does not sit on the critical path of your programme.

Our MEP Scope of Work

  • Mechanical — water heating plant, pumping and pressure boosting sets, chilled water and circulation pumps, heat exchangers, pressure tanks, air and dirt separators.
  • Plumbing — domestic water supply systems, valves and control assemblies, water meters, hangers and supports, insulation and sealing.
  • Electrical — motor control centre (MCC) panels, VFD and inverter panels, DOL and star-delta starters, soft starters, PLC automation panels, protection and alarm panels, generators from 10 to 2,750 kW.
  • Controls — pressure control and sensors, float switches, intelligent pump controllers, solar controllers, lighting control panels.

How We Work

  • Technical submittals prepared for consultant, PMC and client approval — we routinely submit under NHC, Ministry of Health and Royal Commission programme requirements.
  • Method statements and shop drawing coordination before mobilisation.
  • Site installation by our own supervised crews, to manufacturer specification.
  • Testing, commissioning and balancing, with handover documentation, operator training and warranty.
